Shook & Stone was looking for a VoIP solution that could scale easily to remote offices, be cost effective - short term and long term, and provide a robust set of features. Through an intensive review of systems available, ShoreTel was viewed as the best solution for their company. The initial roll-out will include the Las Vegas and Reno locations.
